Timings

Timings at D&D events are flexible so these are a guideline only and may vary. 

You’re free to arrive and leave whenever you like. If you are at D&D for the first time, you’ll find it helpful to be at the Opening Circle on day one at 11am when Open Space is explained.

Days 1 & 2

10:00 - 10:30 Doors open, registration and ticket sales

10:30 - 11:30   Opening Circle/ Morning Announcements

11:30 – 18:00  Breakout sessions  

18:00 - 19:00  Evening News/Closing Circle

Day 3  - Timings as before except concluding with Closing Circle from 2-3pm.

To get the most out of D&D and the Open Space process, we encourage everyone to come to all of D&D, although nothing is compulsory. Past attendees often cite Day 3 as the highlight of their experience as it is focussed on reflection, planning action and ensuring issues get beyond the room.
