Blind & partially-sighted

Devoted & Disgruntled events do have quite a visual bias especially at the start of the event, however there is plenty of help on hand to navigate you through the process. We can provide someone to guide you at any of our events. As well as helping you around the space, your guide can assist you to call and timetable any sessions you'd like to convene, take notes for you, and can assist with creating reports at the events as well.

Break-out spaces are indicated using high-contrast floor-cloths. If the venue permits, we can also create a floor-map using high-contrast tape. We will type up and print out the agenda wall information in large font.
