We believe there must be some potential benefactors around Oxford(shire) who would be willing to donate/invest.
It would require communal/co-operative governance and therefore a willingness to work together.
A community-owned space could be multi-use.
Discussed potential 'membership' options, and other successful spaces such as UPP in Oxford and venues in London/Liverpool.
The challenge is how to act quickly enough when disused spaces become available - potentially requires raising the money first without a specific space identified so that we are ready to pounce when it turns up? Could this be run through an umbrella campaign such as Paul's "Oxford Music Guardians"?

Actions:
- meet with Co-op Futures to find out more
- research what venue plans are already in the works
- find out who knows about the empty spaces in the city
