This is a provocation.

I am a woman of colour, a theatremaker and choreographer who took the space and created a show. One that was an unqualified success.

It toured throughout the UK in 2017, went to Buzzcut and Edinburgh Fringe festivals and was a shortlist for the Amnesty International Freedom of Expression Award.

I am a woman of colour making work that speaks of identity, participation and intimacy and reflection.

A show that as Lyn Gardener, critic in The Guardian describes as 'A show that shakes up traditional theatre and power structures to put you in the picture in more ways than one'.

I want to share my work with the academic sector, to discuss, debate, reflect with people who can write about the work I make, why I make it and why it's so very timely.
