Caroline Dalton convened the session.

A valuable discussion about whether arts and development can be combined and to

what effect.

Talked about a importance of working in safe space, what is acceptable and what's not

in terms of who ‘needs’ or ‘wants’ developing, whether is a short or long term change

and how do we evaluate that, also the importance of working at the grassroots level

and how do we work with communities and individuals.
