always re-write it closer to the time.

Contact people who've run other improv festivals. They'll probably give you useful info

& spread the word in the community.

Speak to theatres. May be interested in helping them to reach new audiences. May be

of interest to their actors looking for workshops that are normally not in the Midlands.
