Theatre in the Highlands: The Child No-one Wants to Play With, Who Has No Toys?

Emma Anderson, 8 September 2012

Does being in the Highlands mean less oppertunity, less resources, less of an audience, less press (or more), less or more competition?

Is Highland Theatre too far away for theatre companies from central belt (or further) to collaberate?

Where are the companies? Are we working together?

Do we feel left out?

Geography: A challenge or a Blessing?

All our young talent leaves because there are no opportunities?

Have we got new and interesting ideas to appeal 1. audiences over a vast area. 2. Other Companies / promoters
