Summary of discussion, conclusions and/or recommendations:

Theatre needs to be made more attractive to the younger generation however segregation of age groups can cause problems and break up communities. Young people should be encouraged to interact with older generations through artistic practice, as this helps break down barriers and create respect. So workshops and programs designed to encourage interest in theatre amongst young people should have an atmosphere of diversity.

It is important to introduce the arts to as wide a range of people as possible as it can be used as a tool to communicate across cultures. Technology is excellent and in particular the internet. The internet can be used as a means to freedom of expression on a global scale.

This could have a positive impact globally for building bridges across cultures and empowering the underprivileged.
